Ben Wong won his first AJGA tournament at The Junior PLAYERS Championship presented by TaylorMade-adidas Golf. Wong, a native of The Woodlands, Texas, topped Logan McAllister and Jake Beber-Frankel in a three-hole aggregate playoff to win at TPC Sawgrass. Spurred by AJGA juniors, the Invitational included a birdie-matching pledge of $20 per birdie to Hurricane Harvey relief thanks to TaylorMade-adidas Golf and two AJGA Houston-area tournaments.

Yealimi Noh of Concord, California, carded four birdies and an eagle during the final round at The Furman Golf Club to win the AJGA Girls Championship. Noh’s victory took her to No. 10 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings and adds to an impressive summer that already includes another AJGA win and a runner-up at the Junior PGA Championship.

Doug Ergood of Mount Laurel, New Jersey, won his second AJGA tournament of 2017 at the Junior Golf Hub Championship at Saucon Valley Country Club’s Weyhill Course. After entering the final round T3, Ergood had six birdies on the back nine to finish 4-under-par 68 and 6-under-par 210 for the tournament.

Kornkamol Sukaree of Huntington Beach, California, won her fifth AJGA tournament in a shortened 18-hole tournament at the Sunriver Junior Open. The 17-year-old University of Illinois verbal commit birdied three of her final five holes to take the title, her second of 2017.
