Polo Ralph Lauren #InspiredPerformances: November 1

Yuxin Lin, a 17-year-old ACDS member from Beijing, China, topped an elite field at the ninth Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship on Sunday, October 29, to earn a spot at the 2018 Masters Tournament and The 147th Open at Carnoustie. Lin, who got his AJGA start in the ACDS Junior All-Star Series in 2013, finished birdie-eagle to finish at 14-under-par 270 for the tournament.

Serena Shah of Carrollton, Texas, won the HJGT’s Dallas Junior Challenge with a 9-over-par 151. Shah has competed in nine AJGA events, earning top-10 finishes in three last year.

Jairus Gaines of Nottingham, Maryland, carded a 2-over-par 144 at the IJGT’s Architects Cup in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, to claim the Boys Division title by a single stroke over Luke Sample. Gaines, a senior at the Gilman School, has competed in five AJGA tournaments since 2015.

Jacob Calamaro topped the Boys Division field at the HJGT’s Northern Virginia Junior Open in Clifton, Virginia. Calamaro, a 17-year-old from Johns Creek, Georgia, has competed in 11 AJGA events, and finished T7 earlier this year at the AJGA Junior at The Legends presented by Mid America Chevy Dealers.
