Matt Camel of Greenwich, Connecticut, not only earned his first AJGA victory, he carded two holes-in-one and tied the AJGA record for lowest 54-hole tournament total at 19-under-par 197. In the second round of the Circle K Junior Championship hosted by Otter Creek, Camel eagled No. 6 and aced No. 8, allowing him to set the course record with a 10-under-par 62. Heading into the final round, Camel aced No. 13 and finished the tournament 10 strokes ahead. Camel is No. 122 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings and finished runner-up at the Natural Resource Partners Bluegrass Junior presented by BrickStreet Insurance in June.

Abigail Wiranatha of West Covina, California, blew past the competition at the Killington Junior Golf Championship by 10 strokes. Carding a 7-under-par 206, Wiranatha earned her second AJGA victory and ninth top-10 finish. Currently Wiranatha is No. 95 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings.

Henry Frizzell of Frisco, Texas, fired two eagles and 15 birdies to earn a victory at the Coca-Cola Junior Championship at Boyne Highlands. Frizzell carded an 8-under-par 208 to win by three strokes. The rising junior finished T59 at last year’s event, but he found redemption with his first AJGA victory this year.

Kornkamol Sukaree of (Thailand) Huntington Beach, California, earned her sixth AJGA victory at the Circle K Junior Championship hosted by Otter Creek. After shooting a 10-under-par 206, Sukaree won by seven strokes. The University of Illinois commit has 18 top-10 finishes in the AJGA and is currently No. 25 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings.
