Alexa Pano of Lake Worth, Florida, successfully defended her title in the Girls Division at the Dustin Johnson World Junior Golf Championship. Pano went wire-to-wire to win and began the tournament by carding a score of 3-under-par 69 in both the first and second rounds. She held an eight-stroke lead going into the final round. The 14-year-old shot a 1-under-par 71 in the final round to win by 12 strokes and finish at 7-under-par 209 for the tournament, beating her own tournament record of 218. Pano is currently No. 9 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings and is a two-time Rolex Junior All-American. She has one AJGA win at the 2016 PDQ / Philadelphia Runner Junior and has seven top-5 finishes.

Akshay Bhatia of Wake Forest, North Carolina, emerged victorious by six strokes in the Boys Division at the Dustin Johnson World Junior Golf Championship. The 2018 Rolex Junior Player of the Year was T4 after shooting a 3-under-par 69 in the first round but came back with a 4-under-par 68 in the second round to take the lead by two strokes heading into the final round. Bhatia carded four birdies on the front nine during the final round on his way to a 3-under-par 69. He finished at 10-under-par 206 for the tournament breaking the previous scoring record of 5-under-par 211. Bhatia has six wins and eight top-5 finishes in his AJGA career.

Yuka Saso of Manila, Philippines, won the Philippine Ladies Open after shooting a tournament total of 6-under-par 207. Saso began the tournament with a 1-under-par 70 to get into a tie for first place after the first round. Another 1-under-par 70 in the second round gave her the outright lead and momentum heading into the final round. She would card a 4-under-par 67 on the last day to win by five strokes. Saso is a verbal commit to the University of Georgia and is currently No. 4 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings. The 17-year-old has one AJGA win at the 2018 Thunderbird International Junior.

Logan Underwood of St. Augustine, Florida, won the North Florida Junior Golf Foundation Junior Azalea by three strokes after shooting a 3-under-par for the tournament. Underwood began the first round a bit shaky with two bogeys on the front nine but carded two birdies on the back nine to get him to 1-over-par 70 on the day. He took his momentum into the final round where he carded eight birdies on his way to a 4-under-par 66. Underwood has played in one AJGA event and is a verbal commit to the University of North Florida.
