Tyler Severin of Johnstown, Colorado, won the JGAC – TOUR at Olde Course at Loveland in Loveland, Colorado. The 17-year-old shot under-par in both rounds of the tournament to finish at 3-under-par 141, four strokes ahead of the field. Severin is in his first season with the AJGA and took home the title in his first event: the AJGA Kansas Junior at Buffalo Dunes.

Ellie Szeryk of London, Ontario, earned a victory at the Investors Group Jr. (U19) Girls Championship at Elmira Golf Club in Elmira, Ontario.  The 15-year-old carded 10 birdies over four rounds to finish at 5-over-par 285. Szeryk dominated the field, putting a margin of 14 strokes between her and the second-place finisher. The Texas A&M verbal commit has tallied eight top-10 finishes in her four-year AJGA career. Her best finish came at the 2015 AJGA Hale Irwin Colorado Junior presented by MusclePharm where she finished runner-up.

Fred Biondi of (Brazil) Port St. Lucie, Florida, won the FJT – Boys Junior Amateur Championship at Orchid Island Golf & Beach Club in Vero Beach, Florida. The 16-year-old recorded a 6-under-par 66 in the final round to finish at 14-under-par 202 and edge out fellow AJGA junior Alexander Vogelsong of Palm City, Florida. Biondi has competed with the AJGA for two years, accumulating five top-15 finishes including a runner-up campaign at the 2017 TaylorMade-adidas Golf Junior at Innisbrook. He is currently No. 63 in the AJGA Rankings.

Christine Shao of Green Brook, New Jersey, won the New Jersey State Golf Association’s 63rd Junior Girls’ Championship at Royce Brook Golf Course in Hillsborough, New Jersey. The 16-year-old carded 10 birdies on her way to a three-stroke victory at 8-under-par 136. In 2015, Shao finished fourth at the Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals. The University of Virginia verbal commit has earned five top-10 finishes in her four-year AJGA career.
