Refund Policy

AJGA Refund Policy for Tournaments and Qualifiers

Withdrawals are submitted online in the Player Center. Withdrawals are not accepted via email or phone. Online withdrawal is available in the Player Center until midnight ET before the date of the official Tournament Practice Round and until midnight ET before the date of the AJGA Qualifier.

Event fees are refundable as follows:

Tournament players who withdraw for any reason eight (8) or more days prior to the Tournament Practice Round date will be refunded 75% of the Tournament fee. Qualifier players who withdraw for any reason eight (8) or more days prior to the AJGA Qualifier date will be refunded 75% of the Qualifier fee.

Tournament players who withdraw for any reason between seven (7) days prior to the Tournament Practice Round and the end of the online withdrawal period will be refunded 50% of the Tournament fee. Qualifier players who withdraw between seven (7) days prior to the Qualifier date and the end of the online withdrawal period will be refunded 50% of the Qualifier fee.

NOTES:

1. A player who needs to withdraw after the online withdrawal process has ended must communicate directly with the AJGA on-site Tournament Director.
2. All processing fees (applying to more than one Tournament in a given week) are non-refundable.
3. If you withdraw from any AJGA event into which you have been accepted, you will not receive the associated Tournament or Qualifier gifts.
