Xiong, a senior at Temescal Canyon High School, earned first-team Rolex Junior All-America honors after a season with three wins on the national stage. The future Oregon Duck earned his first win of the year at the Thunderbird International Junior, and followed it with wins at the Junior PGA Championship and the Sunriver Junior Open. The five-time AJGA champion and three-time Rolex Junior All-American added additional match play experience to his resume in 2016, appearing on the Wyndham Cup West Team for the second-straight year as well as his first appearance as a U.S. Junior Ryder Cup team member. Xiong is No. 3 in the Polo Golf Rankings.
